A BILL to repeal §18-2B-5 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the vesting of title to vocational education property in the state board of education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §18-2B-5 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be repealed.
ARTICLE 2B. AREA VOCATIONAL PROGRAM.

 §1. Repeal of section relating to title to property.
Section five, article two-b, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of the code involving the vesting of title to vocational education property in the state department of education.
